5/3/2008 Joe McChesney Benefit - TASOW and the family of Joseph William McChesney Jr. will be hosting a benefit for a memorial fund to our fallen hero. The event will run from 1:00pm to 8:00pm at the Grove City Sportsman’s Club in Grove City, PA. There will be lots of food served, a Chinese Auction and several bands playing at the event. The TASOW music group will also be present playing several titles from our soundtrack to “In Search of the Hellbender”. Make sure you come out to honor our fallen hero!
5/17/2008 Rep. Gibbons Second Annual Children's Fair - We will be doing a presentation at the 2nd Annual Children’s Fair hosted by State Representative Jeret Gibbons. The event will run from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Lincoln High School.
5/23/2008 SRAE Career Day - We will be presenting to the 4th grade at Slippery Rock Elementary School for their career day event. This presentation runs from 10am to 12pm.
6/14/2008 Jennings - We will be doing our second annual Community Reptile Seminar at the Jennings Environmental Education Center in Slippery Rock. The event will begin at 2:00pm and will feature live animals and free refreshments. Admissions will be taken at the door and are $5 for people ages 15 and up, $3 for kids ages 7 to 14, and children ages 6 and under are free. All proceeds go toward benefiting our ongoing mission of wildlife conservation.
